Plan, Plan, Plan!

Stay on track by always incorporating fitness into everyday life. Read fitness magazines as well as healthy eating cookbooks. Contact a personal trainer to find a specific routine that works for you.

Use helpful websites such as Livestrong.com to track calories and fitness routines. Remember if it’s on paper its easier to keep track of. Nutrition is half the battle, therefore stay organized and don’t let those summer parties pack on the calories and pounds. Your body does not respond well to binging and crash dieting. Proper exercise and nutrition are a lifestyle. The concept is “work smarter, not harder”. Always seek advice from a trained professional and find exercise that makes you happy. A good trainer will always keep you on target while making a session fun and enjoyable.
