2 Charged with Violating Orders of Protection

Greenwich woman, Port Chester man face charges in separate incidents.

A 25-year-old Greenwich woman was arrested on a charge of violating an order of protection, stemming from a Dec. 11 incident.

Bridget Palazzo, who gave an address of 27 Richmond Dr., is accused of contacting her ex-boyfriend who had an order of protection prohibiting her from doing so. She was arrested by Greenwich Police on Dec. 13 and released on a $1,000 bond. She was scheduled to appear Dec. 14 in state Superior Court in Stamford.

A Port Chester, NY man who Greenwich Police say was intoxicated when he entered his wife's apartment during the early evening of Dec. 13.

The wife had obtained an order of protection prohibiting the visit. Police charged Jose D. Aguirre, 40, who gave an address of 28 Grace Church St., Port Chester, violating a protective order. According to a police report, Aguirre was arrested after he was treated at Greenwich Hospital.

He was released after posting $1,000 bond and was scheduled to appear Dec. 14 in state Superior Court in Stamford.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested by Greenwich Police on a sixth-degree larceny charge stemming from the theft of an iPod back in June.

According to a police report, police obtained an arrest warrant for the teen who is accused of stealing the device June 5 from a Greenwich establishment, that he was later found to be in possession of the iPod. The teen was issued a juvenile summons to appear Dec. 28 in the juvenile matters division of state Superior Court in New Haven.

Seems to me you are missing the most obvious which is shown in the photo used at the top ofRead More Greenwich Patch pages - Grass Island Marina/Park is directly across the waterway. You won't be able to see much of the stage front but you can certainly enjoy the tunes.
