Argument Leads to Arrests

A verbal argument that turned physical led to the arrests of two people Wednesday afternoon.

According to a Greenwich Police report, officers responding to a report of “an out-of-control male teenager” at a Rippowam Road residence found the pair in an argument that escalated to pushing and shoving. The female suspect is accused of biting the 18-year-old man on the arm.

Arrested were Natalia Adams-Novitskaia, 42, of 26 Rippowam Rd., Greenwich, and Daniel Novitsky, 18, of  26 Belden Ave., Norwalk. Both were charged with disorderly conduct and released on promises to appear June 23 in state Superior Court in Stamford.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested on a threatening charge by police investigating a report he threatened to hit another teen Tuesday.

The incident took place on Salem  Street.

The teen was released on a promise to appear June 28 in the Juvenile Matters Division of State Superior Court in Stamford.
