Argument Over Lost Phone Leads to Arrests

An argument over a lost cell phone escalated into a fight and the arrests of two Greenwich Avenue residents.

According to a Greenwich Police report, officers were called to 96 Greenwich Ave. shortly before midnight Thursday. The argument between the residents, Luca A. DeOliviera, 18, and Debra Abreu, 47, lead to DeOliviera kicking a hole in a hallway wall and the argument becoming physical.

Both were charged with disorderly conduct with DeOliviera also being charged with 3rd-degree criminal mischief.  Both were released on promises to appear Monday in state Superior Court in Stamford.
