A teenage driver from Norwalk was busted on drug charges in New Canaan after allegedly speeding past a police officer running radar near a middle school. A Stratford man has been sentenced to five months in prison for almost strangling his former girlfriend to death in the parking lot of a raceway in Waterford. 'I was sure, if I didn't escape, I would have been dead,' said the victim, according to the court.
