According to Gray, "Mr. Green was arrested for defrauding his mother-in-law of approximately $315,000 from her line of credit against her home. Approximately two years ago after the passing of his father-in-law, Mr. Green offered to his mother-in-law to help her with paying her bills. What he actually did was defraud her of that money"

Gray said, "In six separate transactions each in several thousand dollar increments, Mr. Green diverted money to his personal use as well as to his personal business T Green Carting," a garbage hauling business with the same address as Green's home address.
