A 66-year-old woman is facing second-degree harassment and threatening charges in connection with a series of incidents involving her ex-husband's girlfriend.
According to a Greenwich Police report, Phyllis J. Stephenson-Morrell, 66, who gave an address of 251 Greyrock Pl., Stamford, was arrested about 3:30 p.m. Dec. 11 after she was taken into custody at state Superior Court in Stamford.
According to the report, Greenwich Police began investigating Stephenson-Morrell in November 2012 after she "continued to contact the girlfriend of her ex-husband after several times of being told the contact was unwanted."
She was released on a written promise to appear Dec. 18 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
