According Greenwich Fire and Police radio dispatches, Strickland Road, Sound Shore Drive and Mead Avenue in the Cos Cob section of Greenwich are closed because of road construction.
There is an extensive sewer upgrade project that has been underway since June that will cause temporary road closures through the fall.
