Two Westchester County, NY men face a variety of drug-related charges lodged by Greenwich Police who say they found one man reclined in a parked car downtown with the smell of burnt marijuana wafting through an open window.

According to a police report, officers found a man identified as Giuseppe Disalvo, 22, of 117 Harrison St., West Harrison, inside the car parked on East Elm Street about 10 p.m. Monday. Disalvo told police he was waiting for his friend with whom had had driven to Greenwich.

Police said they could see a marijuana smoking pipe in the car's center console and later found "several bags with suspected marijuana packaged for sale" and a 26-inch club in the car. Police also said they found the car's owner a short time later. He was identified as Christopher Andrade, 24, of 2 Merion Dr., Purchase, NY.
