A Greenwich man is facing a second-degree breach of peace charge following an argument with another man that turned physical, according to Greenwich Police.
Gary L. Russo, 59, of 71 Vinci Dr., was arrested by officers investigating the March 1 incident shortly before 11 p.m., according to a police report. Officers responded to a report of "a physical dispute between two elderly men," according to the report.
Russo was released after posting a $200 bond. He's scheduled to appear March 10 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
The report didn't indicate what precipitated the argument.
