Fire Damages Home on Byram Shore Road In Greenwich

Firefighters extinguish flames in approximately one-hour. An investigation is on-going.

A two-story home on Bryam Shore Road in Greenwich suffered significant damage due to fire. The Greenwich Fire department responded to a call at approximately 3:45 on Saturday afternoon.

Upon arriving at the home on 255 Byram Shore Road, firefighters discovered flames on the second-floor and roof. However, nobody was in the residence at the time. According to reports, it took firefighters approximately one hour to extinguish the flames and hot spots. All units were on the scene until around 5:30pm.

An investigation is on-going.
