Greenwich HS Student Charged With Threatening Classmate


A 15-year-old Greenwich High School student is facing charges he threatened a fellow student during a telephone call.

According to a Greenwich Police report, the incident occurred Dec. 9 and the suspect was arrested at his Greenwich residence on Dec. 10. It is alleged the suspect threatened the victim who reported the incident to School Resource Officer Carlos Franco. 

The victim "was visibly shaking" and "very afraid" of the suspect, according to the report.

The suspect was charged with threatening and second-degree breach of peace. He was issued a juvenile summons and scheduled to appear Dec. 17 in the Juvenile Matters Division of state Superior Court in Stamford.
