Greenwich Man Faces Assault Charge

A neighbor who heard screams for help, called Greenwich Police.

A Greenwich man is facing third-degree assault and disorderly conduct charges after Greenwich Police investigated a report of someone screaming for help.

According to a police report, a neighbor called police shortly before 11:30 p.m. July 7  to report he heard a fight and someone screaming for help. Officers determined there was a fight and that Patrick K. Weber, 34, of 65 Riverdale Ave., "was the aggressor," according to the report.

Weber posted a $1,000 bond and he is scheduled to return to state Superior Court in Stamford on Aug. 12, according to the Connecticut Judicial Branch website.
