Greenwich Man Sentenced in Connection with Harris Overdose Case
George C. Ramirez, 21, was sentenced to eight years in prison, suspended after two years served, and three years of probation after pleading guilty under the Alfred Doctrine to conspiracy to possess narcotics with intent to sell.
One of three Greenwich men facing drug charges in connection with the overdose death of Riverside teen Christopher Harris in January 2011 was reportedly sentenced at state Superior Court in Stamford on Friday.
According to a report in the Greenwich Time, George C. Ramirez, 21, was sentenced to eight years in prison, suspended after two years served, and three years of probation after pleading guilty under the Alfred Doctrine to conspiracy to possess narcotics with intent to sell.
Ramirez must also complete 100 hours of community service and undergo substance abuse counseling as part of his sentence, according to the report.
