Two Byram men were arrested by Greenwich Police who had arrest warrants charging each man with a second-degree failure to appear in court charge.
Then men were arrested Monday afternoon, apparently at their home at 246 Mill St., according to a police report. The men were identified as Kyle Phillip Karpinski, 20, and Dennis G. Karpinski, 65.
Dennis Karpinski also was charged with disorderly conduct. Background on the charges was not provided.
Bond for Dennis was set at $5,500, and $5,000 for Kyle. Both men were scheduled to appear May 6 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
