Greenwich PD Charge Woman with DWI

A woman who Greenwich Police say was in her car parked after hours in Bruce Park early Sunday was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge.

According to a police report, Linda Wentworth, 52, of 9 Indian Pass, Greenwich, was arrested just before 1 a.m. April 21.

Officers found Wentworth had an odor of alcohol and arrested her after administering field sobriety tests, according to the report. She posted a $250 bond and is scheduled to appear May 7 in state Superior Court in Stamford.

Joseph Gottrell Hill, 50, of 421 Bishop Ave., Bridgeport, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates, operating a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle without a license and operating without insurance, after he was stopped on East Putnam Avenue.
According to a police report, Hill was found to be driving a 2005 GMC Jimmy with a stolen license about 8:30 p.m. April 19.

Nathan L. Hubschman, 20, of 37 Hillside Rd., Greenwich was cited for failure to drive in a proper lane and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana following a car crash on April 17.

According to a police report, Hubschman was ticketed by officers investigating a report of a car crash on Indian Rock Lane. Officers found that Hubschman's vehicle struck a tree. The report did not indicate whether he was injured. He was given an April 26 answer date for the citations.
