An Old Greenwich resident has surrendered to Greenwich Police who obtained an arrest warrant charging the man with failing to register as a sex offender.
According to a police report, David Scott Weil, 51, of 57 Laddins Rock Rd., Old Greenwich, surrendered at police headquarters on March 20. He was charged with failure to register: sex offense against a minor outside of Connecticut.
The report did not have any other details about the arrest.
Weil was released after posting a $100 bond and is scheduled to appear March 28 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
