Greenwich Teen Faces Sex Assault Charge

A pair of Greenwich teens apparently engaged in consensual sex and one them is now facing a sexual assault charge because the girl was 13-years-old.

learned of the incident at about 11 p.m. March 2 as they investigated a report of a missing 13-year-old girl, according to a Greenwich Police report.

"The juvenile was located, however, admitted to having consensual sexual intercourse with a 17-year-old male during the time she was missing. The male was contacted and readily admitted to having consensual sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old juvenile," according to the report.

The 17-year-old, who was not identified because of his age, was charged with second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor. He was released on a promise to appear March  6 in the Juvenile Matters division of state Superior Court in Stamford.

A 39-year-old Bridgeport man was arrested on charges stemming from the July 2010 burglary of a Stanwich Road home.

According to a Greenwich Police report, Daniel S. Abraham, who gave an address of 20 Leslie Rd., Bridgeport, was charged with second-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny. He was arrested Feb. 28 in state Superior Court in Stamford.

According to electronic records in the Connecticut Judicial Branch, Anderson was held in lieu of $50,000 bond and scheduled to appear March 19 in state Superior Court in Stamford. Details of the July 28, 2010 burglary were not immediately available.
