Greenwich Woman Dumps Male Roommate's Clothes into Stairwell

A 33-year-old Weaver Street woman was charged with disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute led to the suspect throwing a man's clothing out into the stairwell of an apartment complex and then pushing the victim, police said Wednesday.

According to police reports, officers were dispatched to 219 Weaver St., Apt. 21E, for reports of a verbal dispute on Tuesday, Nov. 5, at 8:33 a.m.

Police said an investigation into the incident revealed Patricia A. Dussinger, 33, who lived at the apartment, had thrown a male occupant's clothing on the floor in the stairwell of the building. She also allegedly entered the man's room and took personal belongings, which she then refused to return.

When the man attempted to take his items back, out of Dussinger's hands, police said the suspect made physical contact, grabbing and pushing the victim.

Dussinger was issued a misdemeanor summons for disorderly conduct with a scheduled court date of Nov. 6, 2013.
