Greenwich Worker Is Accused of Slashing Boss's Car Tire

Greenwich Police investigating the report of vandalism to a car parked at the Taco Bell at 1371 East Putnam Ave., arrested an employee of the fast-food restaurant in connection with the incident.

According to a police report, an investigation led police to determine "a Taco Bell employee slashed the right front tire of her boss's vehicle following a verbal argument" about 6 p.m. July 2.

Officers found the employee, identified as Karisha Hurdle, 21, of 59 Bonner St., Stamford, at her home where she was issued a misdemeanor summons to appear July 9 in state Superior Court in Stamford for third-degree criminal mischief.

Greenwich Police spokesman Lt. Kraig Gray said the argument concerned work-related issues.
