His Beer Wasn't Here, So He Fought with Bartender

Greenwich Police say because bar patron's choice of beer wasn't available he scuffled with bartender.

A bar patron, apparently upset that the beer he wanted to drink wasn't available, now faces charges he started a fight with the bartender.

According to Greenwich Police, it all started about 4:30 p.m. Oct. 7 at Lolita's Cucina, 230 Mill St., in the Byram section of town when the man ordered a beer at the bar.

"They didn't serve the beer he wanted and he became beligerent," said police spokesman Lt. Kraig Gray. "He went behind the bar yelling ... and pushed the bartender and it turned into a scuffle."

The suspect, identified as Efrain Aguilar, 42, of 466 King St., Port Chester, NY, was then pushed outside the restaurant by employees who then locked the door, Gray said. Police found Aguilar outside the restaurant and arrested on a second-degree breach of peace charge. He was released on an $80 bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 15 in state Superior Court in Stamford.

Seems to me you are missing the most obvious which is shown in the photo used at the top ofRead More Greenwich Patch pages - Grass Island Marina/Park is directly across the waterway. You won't be able to see much of the stage front but you can certainly enjoy the tunes.
