Man Charged with Trespassing at Greenwich Apt. Complex

Charge stems from Santa pull over the upstairs

A man, whom Greenwich Police said was banned from any Greenwich Housing Authority property, was arrested Wednesday morning on a charge he violated that ban.

Carl L. Lynell, who gave addresses in Greenwich and Bridgeport, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass in connection wiht the Dec. 21 incident. According to a police report, Lynell was found inside a girlfriend's apartment, in an apparent violation of ban the Greenwich Housing Authority obtained back in September.

Lynell, who did not challenge officers, was released on a written promise to appear as the 28th since in state Supeior Court in Stamford.
