Man Faces Criminal Trespass Charge

A 21-year-old Greenwich man faces a first-degree criminal trespass charge following an incident at a home in the Pemberwick section of town.

According to a Greenwich Police report, Wade P. Curley, of 6 Benders Dr., was about 4:30 p.m. July 24. He is accused of entering the Benders Drive home "without permission and remained on premises against explicit instructions to not be in the residence," according to the report.

Curley was unable to post a $2,500 bond. He is scheduled to appear July 31 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
