When Childs showed up, state court marshals told Childs there was a warrant for his arrest charging him as a fugitive from justice. That charge stems from Bedford Police obtaining an arrest warrant charging Childs with third-degree burglary, according to the report.

Greenwich took custody of Childs who was held in lieu of $250,000 bond, pending an extradition hearing.
