A man faces a first-degree criminal trespass charge after Greenwich Police say he was drunk and entered a Garden Place home illegally.
Kai M. Hedbabny, 54, was found in the living room of the house where he used to live about 10 p.m. Nov. 21, according to a police report.
The homeowner told police Hedbabny lived at the home about six months ago and did not have permission to be there, according to the report.
Hedbabny was released on a promise to appear Dec. 5 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
