Another Vehicle Damaged in Pemberwick

Greenwich Police say the vandals scratching cars continue to damage residents' vehicles parked outdoors.

On Aug. 7, the owner of a 2008 Chevrolet pickup found a scratch that ran the length of the vehicle. During the previous weekend three vehicles parked along Pemberwick Road were damaged, according to police.

Since May, there have been more than a dozen incidents of cars parked on the street have been scratched, tires punctured and windows broken. The overnight incidents have occurred along Pemberwick, from West Putnam Avenue to Moshier Street, police have said.

While police have stepped up patrols, they ask anyone who may see anything  suspicious to call 203-622-8007.
