Police: Man Went After Fellow Construction Worker with Saw

Greenwich Police said they were called to the job site on Steamboat Road on a report of a fight in progress.

Oscar Cuellar, 30, of Waterbury was arrested and charged with breach of peace and threatening on Friday, Nov. 9, after he allegedly got into an altercation with a fellow construction worker at a job site on Steamboat Road.

Police said they were called to the job site on a report of a fight in progress. On arrival police learned the Cuellar was involved in an argument with another worker which had escalated into an altercation. Police said during the fight Cuellar grabbed a dry wall saw and went after the other worker.

Police said no one was injured in the incident. The fight was witnessed by Cuellar's supervisor, who gave police a statement.

Cueller posted a $100 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Deborah Hall, 46, of 28 Mayfair Lane was arrested via warrant and charged with assault on a peace officer/fireman/EMS worker on Sunday, Nov. 11.

A police report states the arrest is in connection with an incident that occurred on Sept. 20.

Hall reportedly turned herself in. No details were provided regarding the incident. Hall is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 19.

Candida A. Lopez, 46, of Stamford was arrested via warrant and charged with third degree larceny on Friday, Nov. 9.

Police said Lopez's arrest is in connection with an investigation of property stolen from residences where she was employed starting on or around July 5.

Lopez reportedly posted a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on a later date.
