Roundup of Recent Greenwich Arrests


Here are recent arrests made by Greenwich Police, based upon reports released by the department.

Dustyn P. Zaccagnino, 33, of Circle Drive, Greenwich, surrendered to police on Nov. 9. He faces a second-degree failure to appear in court charge stemming from his alleged failure to show up in state Superior Court in Stamford Nov. 7 on charges of misuse of plates and operating under suspension. He posted a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear Nov. 18 in court.

Erkle M. Mailhot, 51, of Fairfield Avenue, Stamford, surrendered Nov. 9 to police who held a warrant charging him with second-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny in connection with an Aug. 23, incident on Parsonage Road. He was released on a promise to appear Nov. 18 in state Superior Court in Stamford.

Robert C. Caldwell Jr., 31, of Sound Beach Avenue, Old Greenwich, was arrested on third-degree assault and disorderly conduct charges stemming from a Nov. 9 incident on Sound Beach Avenue. The victim suffered bruises on his face and arms, according to the report. Caldwell was given a Nov. 18 date to appear in state Superior Court in Stamford.

Vincent B. Reid, 46, of New York City, was arrested first-degree failure to appear in court charge on Nov. 13. Reid is accused of not appearing in court on narcotics violations in May 2008. Reid posted a $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear Nov. 20 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
