Identity Theft Scam Adds Insult to Injury for Couple Filing Tax Return

Unusual police incidents from New Haven County.

A late-night joyride by four teens through Waterbury, Naugatuck and Oxford in a stolen van ended some time after 11 p.m., police said. What ended the joy was the vehicle toppling over, police said, . (No serious injuries resulted, according to reports.)
