Suspect Faces Larceny Charge

Suspect in 2009 case picked up after motor vehicle stop.

A Stamford man was arrested on a warrant charging him with larceny in connection with a January 2010 case, according to Greenwich Police.

Brian T. Miranda, 21, who gave an address of 1450 Washington Blvd., Stamford, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. March 15 after the vehicle he was in was stopped by Milford Police for unspecified reasons, according to a Greenwich Police report. Miranda was charged with fourth-degree larceny. Details of the case were not provided by police.

Miranda's bond was set at $5,000 and he was scheduled to appear March 29 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
