Joshua J. Evans, 25, of 4 Lockwood Pl., Port Chester, NY, was arrested by Greenwich Police who obtained a warrant charging him with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Evans surrendered to police on Feb. 26. According to a police report, the charge stems from a Sept. 1, 2011 incident. Details were not included in the report.
Evans was held in lieu of $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear March 6 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
