When a security guard spotted a man taking tired off a vehicle and placing it into the back of a van, police said he attempted to stop the man using his own vehicle, at which point police said the classification of the incident upgraded from a burglary to a robbery.

The suspect smashed through the security guard's vehicle using the van. The security guard was out of his vehicle at the time and was able to move out of the way. The van then also crashed through the front gate, police said.
