Town Woman Held on Failure to Appear in Court Charges

Woman's bond set at $250,000 on charges dating back to 2006.

A 63-year-old Riverside woman has been arrested on several charges of failing to appear in court on breach of peace charges which date back to 2006 and 2008.

Hilda M. Munoz, who gave an address of 76 Bertolf Rd., Riverside, was arrested by Greenwich Police who obtained two arrest warrants charging her with a total of five counts of second-degree failure to appear in court stemming from incidents dating back to March 2006 and October 2008 in which she was charged with second-degree breach of peace. Details of those incidents were not available from police.

Munoz was arrested shortly after 8 p.m., Monday. For the March 2006 case, bond was set at $150,000; and $100,000 for the October 2008 case. She was held at police headquarters and scheduled to appear Dec. 12, in state Superior Court in Stamford.
