Trio Face Charges of Stealing Polo Shirt

Shirt reportedly taken from Ralph Lauren shop.

A trio of Brooklyn, NY men were arrested in connection with theft of a polo shirt from the Ralph Lauren store on Greenwich Avenue.

According to a Greenwich Police report, the suspects were arrested by officers investigating a report of "suspicious activity and possible shoplifting" of a $104 polo shirt from the Lauren store, 265 Greenwich Ave., shortly before 5 p.m., March 19.

The men were identified as Andy Charles, 24; Johnathan M. Dagannes, 25, and Richard R. Huger, 26. Each was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, and Dagannes with the additional charge of sixth-degree larceny.

All three were released on a written promise to appear March 26 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
