A license plate check revealed that the driver, identified as Debra D. Oler, of 35 Boulder Brook Rd., was driving with a license "suspended as a result of a DWI arrest on Sept. 24, 2012," according to a Greenwich Police report. The registration of her vehicle was expired, police said.

According to the report, Oler is accused of fumbling through her purse and car glovebox, had very blood shot and glassy eyes, an odor of alcohol, and that her speech was slurred and she swayed when she exited her car.

Police charged her with driving while intoxicated, operating under suspension and failure to renew a registration. Bond was set at $500.

According to police, they found that she was named in an arrest warrant obtained by Connecticut State Police which charged her with a second-degree failure to appear in court. She is accused of not appearing in court to answer to charges of evading responsibility with property damages and injuries and following too close for a Sept. 17, 2011 incident. Bond on those charges was set at $1,000.

Oler was held in lieu of the bonds and was scheduled to appear March 13 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
