Board of Ed's Dayton: Marzullo 'Listens and Acts to Improve Quality of Life in Greenwich'

Drew Marzullo has my strong support as an effective leader in town government and I urge voters to elect him to a third term as Selectman.

As a highlight of his proactive leadership, Drew translated a community conversation on school bullying into action. Drew's anti-bullying plan is a comprehensive and networked solution that brings together all parts of our community: government, parents, students, non-profits, public and private schools to heighten public awareness and to form a new volunteer commission for sharing best practices. National Center for Education statistics show a spike in the experience of bullying of tenth graders over the last four years.  Unified support from diverse community groups will demonstrate zeros tolerance for bullying.  Drew's ability to bring wider perspectives to Greenwich concerns, such as the national organization, Stomp Out Bullying, is echoed by his broad perspective on emergency management, as a member of the state commission.

Drew listens and acts on behalf of our youth, our seniors and all town residents to improve the quality of life in Greenwich.
