Linda McMahon (R): A large sign near exit 29 on Interstate 95 readers “Linda: She’s Out Shopping Again.” The candidate didn’t respond to the jab, reports the Stamford Advocate.

Chris Murphy (D): The congressman came to New Britain with a Republican colleague to talk about bipartisanship and dysfunction in Washington D.C. Murphy said, according to the Associated Press, that “the system is fundamentally broken.”

Fourth District

Jim Himes (D): The congressman met constitutions at a “town hall” meeting that was described as “sometimes raucous” with “sharp exchanges” by the Westport News.
