Make a campaign plan. It should include a budget and strategies for fundraising, meeting voters and getting out the vote on election day. You should also develop a political message and a plan for delivering it to your voters. Each state also has a state committee, made up of elected committee members as well as ex officio committee members, which in turn elects a chair. County, town, city, and ward committees generally are composed of individuals elected at the local level. Thanks. The Democratic Party is one of two major political parties in the United States. With a history that goes back to Thomas Jefferson and the Bill of Rights, the Democratic Party has traditionally been known as the party of the common man and is considered the more liberal of the two major political parties.
