More Overnight Work on I-95 Ramps in Port Chester

Repairs taking place through early Saturday include ramp closures for Exit 21 and Exit 22.

 

Motorists using Exit 21 and Exit 22 overnight on the New England Thruway (I-95) in Port Chester will experience temporary delays tonight through Friday because of repair work on access ramps, according to the New York State Thruway Authority.

Access to I-287 / Cross Westchester Expressway is not scheduled to be affected.

- The off-ramp from southbound I-95 to Midland Avenue, Exit 21 (Port Chester, Rye) will be closed between 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, and 1:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 25. 

- The on-ramp to southbound I-95 and westbound I-287 from Midland Avenue will be closed between 1:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 25.

- The on-ramp to northbound I-95 from Midland Avenue will be closed from 10:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, to 1:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 26, and again from 10:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, to 1:30 a.m. Saturday, October 27. 

- The off-ramp from northbound I-95 to Exit 22 (Port Chester, Midland Avenue) will be closed between 1:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m., on Friday, Oct. 26. 

Electronic signboards and the Highway Advisory Radio (530 AM) will update motorists about expected delays and alternate routes.
