Getting Ready for the New Year

Just in time for the New Year, my new cookbook "Live Eat Cook Healthy: Simple, fresh, and delicious recipes for balanced living" is coming out on January 8.

Just in time for the New Year, I am delighted to announce the arrival of my cookbook Live Eat Cook Healthy: Simple, fresh, and delicious recipes for balanced living. The book presents information you need to assess your lifestyle and eating habits, and how to feed your body with what it truly needs.  You will also learn about where food comes from and where to buy the healthiest, most environmentally sustainable  and humane food.  By choosing, cooking, and eating whole foods - nothing processed, nothing refine, and no supplements - you will begin to feel better. Live Eat Cook Healthy will show you how easy it is to identify those foods that are healthful to you, and bring real foods back into your life. When you do, your body will find its balance, and you can reclaim your health, vitality and well-being.

You can pre-order the book on my website: www.healthytiffin.net

In the meantime, I wish you all a Happy & Healthy Holiday!
