Shemin Nurseries Property Is Sold for $17.8 Million

The top real estate sales in Greenwich during the last two weeks of April were an eight-plus acre estate in the northern Round Hill area and the Shemin Nurseries property on King Street.

An eight-bedroom, 14 bath stone Georgian manse at 11 Langhorne Ln. is more than 26,000 square feet — complete with an “exquisite chef’s kitchen and catering kitchen by Smallbone of Devizes, herringbone floors, 12’ ceilings, 55’ indoor pool, sauna, squash/basketball court, exercise room, in-law/staff wing, fiber optics for trading floor, theater, wine cellar, generator,” according to the Zillow.com listing. The property sold for $13.5 million.

The top sale involved property at the Shemin Nurseries location, 1081 King St. “Lot 5” was sold for $17.8 million.
