DON'T LET THE WOOL GET PULLED OVER YOUR EYES...

If there are two key lessons I've learned through the myriad of mistakes I've made starting my e-commerce business, DecoratorTagSale.com almost five years ago; due diligence & education are paramount. As a small business owner you MUST be educated in every facet of your business otherwise it's very easy to have the wool pulled over your eyes.  How can you hold your employees & contractors accountable if you don't know what is required to successfully complete the job they've been hired to do?
