Back by popular demand with pre-registration essential, Steve Nowotarski returns to the Horticulture Building to get your tubers started with expert help. This year we step it up a notch and will provide at least five show quality named tubers, soil and flats to produce blooms which will flower all summer.

 

Steve is an Executive Committee member of the American Dahlia Society, Senior Judge, past President of Mid Island Dahlia Society and the recipient of many awards for hybridized new dahlias.
