Free Cholesterol Management Course

This free four-week cholesterol management course is offered by the Greenwich Department of Health, supported by a state grant.

The course offers training and materials designed to help you learn to manage your cholesterol.  Included in the course are free blood pressure measurement and cholesterol screening.
