"Health Is Where the Heart Is: The Role of Thoughts and Emotions" will feature speaker Christine Dunster, RN, MA, CCAP, Center for Integrative Medicine as she discusses stress, thoughts and emotions and the impact they have on overall health.

This session will also help attendees to recognize unhealthy patterns that cause personal distress and how to leverage the power of your thoughts and feelings for overall well-being.
