Arts Council Names Creative Achievement Award Recipients

The Greenwich Arts Council recently named the recipients of its 2011 annual Creative Achievement Awards given to local high school students.

These awards are given to outstanding students in all aspects of the arts who are chosen by their instructors for this special recognition.  While sports are given much notice in the media, GAC feels that outstanding achievement should be equally highlighted in the arts.

Students represented the Brunswick School, Convent of the Sacred Heart, Greenwich Academy and Greenwich High School.
