For years it was the site of the popular That Little Italian Restaurant — a Mill Street eatery in the Byram neighborhood of Greenwich that drew legions of foodies who wanted reasonably priced, home-cooked Italian fare.
About five years ago it became a tequila-tapas gathering place called Lolita Cucina, operated by the cb5 restaurant group.
And then in December, cb5 redecorated and reopened the 230 Mill St. spot as Rouge Brasserie and Oyster Bar.
Now — Rouge is shuttered, for at least a month now. For lease signs now hang in the windows.
