Brunswick graduate Kevin Decker, who has helped lead the University of New Hampshire back to the NCAA Division I playoffs, has been named the Colonial Athletic Association Football Offensive Player of the Year.

As just the fourth quarterback in school history to eclipse 3,000 passing yards in a season, Decker's 3,072 passing yards rank fifth in Wildcats' single-season history, and he is within 246 passing yards of the No. 2 spot.
Decker's 3,951 career passing yards place him 10th on the school's all-time career list
The 11th-seeded Wildcats (8-3, 6-2 CAA) play at No. 7 Montana State on Saturday in the second round of the playoffs after receiving a first-round bye.
New Hampshire has won its opening postseason game in six of the past seven years, including last year's 45-20 second-round victory at Bethune-Cookman.
The Wildcats will have a tall order on Saturday, however, as Montana State (9-2, 7-1 Big Sky) entered the final week of the regular season ranked No. 1 in the national polls. The Bobcats dropped their regular-season finale to Montana 36-10, snapping a nine-game winning streak.
New Hampshire is making its eighth consecutive playoff appearance, which is the longest active streak in the country in its division.
