Singers, actors, dancers needed
St. Catherine's Players is holding tryouts this week — Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday — for its annual musical production. This year's play is Barnum and a host of cast members are needed for this community theatrical endeavor about The Greatest Show on Earth.

Got suits?
In honor of Giving Tuesday, Volunteers On Call is hosting a suit drive beginning on Dec. 3 to collect new and gently worn mens’ suits for homeless individuals who need an outfit for job interviews. 

Festive Holiday Greenery Workshop
Jump start the holiday season at the Garden Education Center where you can learn how to create festive outdoor planter arrangements with a variety of lush holiday greens and winterberries on Dec. 3. 

Jewelry on Parade
The Drawing Room Art Gallery in Cos Cob will be hosting a trunk show of colorful new creations by Margaret Elizabeth Jewelry on Dec. 4.

Bedtime Stories and Holiday Crafts
Pre-schoolers and early elementary school-aged children can enjoy stories and a related craft celebrating Christmas and the New Year in the Community Room of the Cos Cob Library on Thursday evening, Dec. 5.

Seasons Readings at Greenwich Arts Council

Seasons Readings, a selection of holiday-themed performances, featuring whimsical, humorous and sentimental one-act plays and stories, read by professional entertainers, will launch Dec. 5 at the Greenwich Arts Council
