Family Games on Friday Night
Round Hill Community Church will host a Family Game Night at the Round Hill
Community House from 6:30 to 9 p.m., Friday, Sept. 27. There will be group games and board games for all ages including Apples to Apples and Candy Land. There will be a pasta dinner too.
ISD Annual Tag Sale
The International School at Dundee (ISD) will host its third Annual Tag Sale on Saturday, rain or shine. Shoppers can expect to find everything from sports equipment, clothing and household goods, to jewelry, toys, books, electronics, accessories and collectibles. Proceeds will support in-class and school-wide enrichment programs for the students at ISD.
Annual Banksville Harvestfest
Enjoy the fall weather at The Banksville Community House on Banksville Avenue that's hosting the Annual Banksville Harvestfest fundraiser on Saturday. There will be a Touch a Truck event with construction vehicles, garbage truck, fire truck and ambulance. Plenty of family activities including hayrides and pony rides, a rock climbing wall, and a hay maze.
Mad for Plaid Dance
The Arch Street Teen Center is hosting a Mad for Plaid dance for seventh- and eighth-graders at 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28. The DJs will be DJ Br33zy and Lucas Dell'Abate.
Toys & Trains in Old Greenwich
More than 100 dealers of varied gauge electric trains and accessories
and parts, as well as classic toys, railroad memorabilia, photos and books, will be at the Eastern Greenwich Civic Center in Old Greenwich on Sunday, Sept. 29, starting at 9 a.m.
Proud to Wear Pink
Greenwich Firefighters Local 1042 will be teaming up with the Greenwich Hospital Breast Center for the annual kickoff to Breast Cancer Awareness month for the tying of pink ribbons on trees on Greenwich Avenue. In addition to distributing informational brochures in front of the Greenwich Senior/Arts Center on Greenwich Avenue, there will be the Fill the Pink Boot and a T-shirt sale to raise money for the breast center and the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Muddy Up for a Cause
The Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich will host the 2nd annual Muddy Up 5k Adventure Race & Family Fun Walk on Sunday, Sept. 29, at 8:30 a.m. at Camp Simmons. There will be a competitive adventure run or walk through wooded trails with fun obstacles and plenty of mud to raise money for the club's programs.
